1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Docko application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Docko is a document scanning and AI app that lets you capture pages, organize them into PDFs, search across your documents, and chat with an AI that understands them.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Docko offers a premium subscription (Docko Pro) with the following terms:
- Payment is processed via the Apple App Store.
- You can choose a yearly plan with a 7-day free trial or a weekly plan.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase or trial end.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
4. User Content and Ownership
You retain full ownership of all documents, scans, and files you create or upload to Docko. We claim no ownership rights over your content. We only store and process this data to provide the service to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Docko for any unlawful purpose or to upload any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
6. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time using the in-app "Delete Account" feature or by emailing privacy@inovy.dev. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Effective Date
These terms are effective as of 5 October 2026.
