How do I use a widget or Siri to start Duo?
Add the Duo widget from your device’s widget gallery and tap it to open Duo. You can also say “Siri, open Duo” to run Duo’s shortcut. Your device may ask you to unlock before Duo opens.
Can I translate without internet on iOS?
Download the available language resources in Settings › Translation. Apple controls the download flow; when the pack is ready, Duo can translate that language pair on-device. Offline translation is a Duo Plus feature.
How do I restore or cancel Duo Plus?
Restore purchases in Duo settings using the store account that bought Duo Plus. To cancel, open your Apple or Google account subscription settings. The store shows your renewal date and manages billing.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Write to privacy@inovy.dev with “Bize yaz” in the subject. Anonymous server records are also automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity. History and stars saved on your phone can be removed in the app.
