1. Using Duo
Duo by Tropfen provides voice and typed translation between languages. By using Duo, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit text for translation.
2. Free use and quota
The free tier includes 10 translations per day. The daily allowance renews at local midnight. You may choose to watch rewarded ads to receive five additional translations per completed ad, subject to availability and ad-provider rules. Duo Plus removes the daily quota and ads and includes the Plus features shown in the app.
3. Duo Plus subscriptions
Duo Plus is offered through weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The current plan, price, billing period and any introductory offer are shown by the App Store or Google Play at purchase. Prices are not set by this page. The yearly plan includes a three-day free trial when the store displays that offer; after the trial it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. The store charges your account and manages renewals.
Cancel at any time in your Apple or Google store subscription settings. To avoid the next renewal, cancel before the renewal deadline shown by the store. Deleting Duo does not cancel a subscription.
4. Restore purchases
Use “Restore purchases” in Duo settings while signed in to the same Apple or Google store account used for the subscription. Adapty helps Duo confirm subscription entitlements.
5. Translation quality
Translations are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular purpose. Check important translations with a qualified person. Duo is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical or emergency translation.
