1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Foldora, a word-puzzle game by Inovy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old.
2. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Foldora on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with Apple’s Media Services Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app or its content, except where the law allows it.
3. Coins and purchases
Foldora has virtual coins that you can earn by playing or buy in the app. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred. Purchases are made through the App Store and charged to your Apple ID. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple’s policies; refund requests are handled by Apple.
Use “Restore purchases” in Settings, signed in with the same Apple ID, to restore items you have already bought. Adapty helps us confirm your purchases.
4. Accounts
An anonymous account is created automatically. You can optionally sign in with Apple or Google to sync across devices. You are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Acceptable use
When you use leagues, friends and display names, do not choose or send anything that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or that impersonates someone else, and do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play or interfere with the service. We may change or remove display names and league results, and suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Advertising
Foldora may show ads, including rewarded ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
7. Termination
You can stop using Foldora and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the service or other players.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Foldora is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Inovy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
