1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Kinly application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Kinly is a family organization app providing tools such as a shared calendar, smart lists, real-time chat, a family map, meal planning, and private document/photo storage.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Kinly offers a premium subscription (Kinly Family Pro) billed monthly or yearly via the Apple App Store.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
4. User Content and Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data, photos, documents, and messages you upload to Kinly. We claim no ownership rights over your content. We only store and process this data to provide the service to you and your authorized family members.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Kinly for any unlawful purpose or to upload any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
6. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time using the in-app "Delete Account" feature. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
