1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Crumbtown, a cozy storybook bakery game for iPhone published under the Inovy brand by Oğuzhan Aktay (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Crumbtown you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. See also our Privacy Policy.
2. What Crumbtown is
Crumbtown is a single-player idle game: you inherit Grandma Nane’s bakery, bake for the town and open branches in other cities. Crumbtown is free to download. Some content is optional and paid. The game needs an internet connection for some features (sync, purchases, rewards).
3. Your save and account
Crumbtown starts with an anonymous ID. Linking Sign in with Apple is optional and lets you keep your save on another device. You are responsible for your device and your Apple ID. You can delete your account in Settings → Delete account.
4. Seals, bundles and other purchases
- Seals are the game’s premium currency. Seal packs, the starter bundle, the cookie jar and event bundles are consumable in-app purchases that are credited to your save when the purchase succeeds. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and are lost if you delete your account.
- Remove ads is a one-time purchase that removes full-screen ads. It does not remove optional rewarded ads you choose to watch.
- Prices are shown in the App Store in your currency before you buy. Purchases are sold and billed by Apple. Refund requests go to Apple and are handled under Apple’s policies, except where the law gives you other rights. Use Restore purchases to restore one-time purchases and your subscription on a new device.
5. Masal Kulübü subscription, free trial and auto-renewal
- Masal Kulübü (“the Club”) is offered as a monthly or a yearly subscription. The Club doubles your income, gives you daily seals and removes full-screen ads. A free trial is shown only if the App Store offers one for you; the price and any trial for your country are shown in the App Store before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase or, for a trial, when the trial ends.
- A free trial turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Each Apple ID can use a trial once.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID’s subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the Club until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your Crumbtown account does not cancel a subscription.
6. Offer codes
Offer codes are redeemed only through Apple’s own redemption sheet (App Store offer codes); Crumbtown has no in-app coupon field and never accepts codes typed into the game. Such codes follow Apple’s terms, have no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged for money. We may refuse or cancel codes that were obtained or used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
7. Rewarded ads and advertising
While ads are switched on, the free version may offer optional rewarded ads (for example to triple offline earnings or to double a reward) and may show occasional full-screen ads, never during onboarding and never right after a purchase. Rewarded ads are limited per day (counted in UTC). A reward is granted only after the ad network confirms the view; it has no cash value, and we may change its size, daily limit or availability, or stop offering it. Club members and people who bought “Remove ads” never see full-screen ads.
8. Acceptable use
Do not cheat, tamper with the game or its servers, use bots or exploits to gain rewards, resell accounts or currency, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it. We may reset or suspend progress obtained by such means.
9. Our content and trademarks
Crumbtown, its art, music, text and code belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. Crumbtown and Inovy are our marks; the cities and food in the game are fictional interpretations.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Crumbtown is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Balance, prices and content can change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Crumbtown in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Ending use
You can stop using Crumbtown at any time; see the Privacy Policy to have your data deleted. We may suspend access to our services if you break these terms or to protect the service or other players.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Users in the EU keep the mandatory protections of their local law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. For important changes we will also tell you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
