How do I invite my flatmates?
Open Home settings › Invite people. Share the code (like HAUS·4821), the link inovy.dev/shapehaus/j/4821 or the QR code. A code works for 7 days; you can make a new one at any time. When someone asks to join, you see their name and shape and let them in.
I have a code. How do I join a home?
Open the invite link on your iPhone, or open Shapehaus and choose I have a code on the welcome screen. Pick your shape and wait for someone in the home to let you in. If the code has expired, ask for a new one.
How does Shapehaus Plus work for the whole home?
One person buys Plus and everyone in the home gets it. The payer can turn on Split it with your home to add a shared bill to Money. Everything that decides turns and money stays free for everyone.
How do I restore Plus on a new iPhone?
Open Me › Settings › Restore purchases (also on the Plus screen) while signed in to the Apple ID you bought with.
How do I cancel Plus?
Open your iPhone’s Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Shapehaus and choose Cancel. Your home keeps Plus until the end of the paid period, and nothing is deleted. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
How do I redeem an offer code?
Open Me › Settings › Redeem code. It opens Apple’s own redemption sheet; Shapehaus has no coupon field of its own.
My notifications do not arrive.
Check that notifications for Shapehaus are allowed in your iPhone’s Settings and switched on in Me › Settings. Messages wait during your quiet hours and your home’s quiet hours, and money notifications never show an amount on the lock screen.
How do I leave a home?
Open Home settings › Leave this home. Open balances stay visible to both sides for 30 days. If you are the last person, the home is archived for 30 days and then deleted.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Me › Settings › Export my data gives you your home and your own changes as a file you can save or share.
How do I delete my account?
Open Me › Settings › Delete my account, type the confirmation word and confirm. Full details: Delete account.
What data does Shapehaus collect?
Your account, your home’s shared data, push tokens, Plus status, anonymous usage data you can switch off and scrubbed crash reports. No ads and no tracking. See the Privacy Policy.
