Option 1: In-App Deletion (Immediate)
1. Open the Tropfen app on your iOS or Android device.
2. Go to Settings › Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.
Your account, saved words, decks, and review history will be deleted immediately and permanently from our cloud servers.
Option 2: Deletion Request via E-mail
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by e-mailing us from the e-mail address linked to your account:
Send an e-mail to: privacy@inovy.dev with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
E-mail deletion requests are processed and completed within 30 days (GDPR / KVKK compliant).
What gets deleted
• Your Supabase account record and credentials.
• All saved vocabulary items, example sentences, custom decks, and study history.
• All account preferences and settings stored on our servers.
