How do I link an account?

Open Settings › Account and choose e-mail, Apple or Google sign-in. Linking an account lets you restore your words on another device.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple or Google store account used for the purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your Apple or Google account subscription settings. Store subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not inside Tropfen.

Why aren’t my words syncing?

Check that both devices are online and signed into the same linked Tropfen account. Allow a moment for changes to sync.

Why can’t the camera read text?

Hold the phone steady, move closer, improve the light and tap a clearly visible sentence. If it still does not read, use a photo or type the text. Images are processed on-device for OCR.

How do I change reminders?

Set a time in the app’s reminder settings. Device notification settings can also pause reminders.
